How Can severe Cough Along With Headache Be Treated?

I am in quandary whether to go to see a dr, I have had a cough for about 5 days, phelm is yellow& grey , no fever , a little headache from coughing, I have taken equate nitetime 1 small tbs at bed time, vinegar and honey, mussinnex time release tablet a couple of times I am female 63

it seems like respiratory tract infection
* do gargle with warm water and salt
* you take milk with adding turmeric powder
* you don't drink cold drink, ice cream, cold water
* you don't eat commercial products
* you can do home made remedy what you doing
if not resolved then start antibiotic like azithromycin (250mg)
